Anne grew up in Mali, West Africa, came to America in 1995 for college, earned a B.A. from Cornell University in French and English Literature, and graduated from Virginia Theological Seminary in 2002 with an M. Div. Anne is married to Matt, and they have six children. She helps with pastoral care, oversees liturgy, music, Catechesis of the Good Shepherd, and teaches the women’s Bible study. When she’s not puttering around the church she writes about theology and culture for the Christian Research Journal and on her Substack.
