The Rise and Triumph of the Modern Self: This Sunday we continued our Christian Education series for adults built around Carl Trueman’s book, “The Rise and Triumph of the Modern Self’. This week we continue tracing the history of the LGBT movement and how modern notions of the self undergird its dominant cultural power.
