The Rise and Triumph of the Modern Self: This Sunday we continued our Christian Education series for adults built around Carl Trueman’s book, “The Rise and Triumph of the Modern Self’. This week we continue our discussion of recent Supreme Court rulings that have incorporated “expressive individualism” and begun to codify the new ideological notions of the self we have been studying into our laws.
