About the Augustine Project
It is presently the short-term goal of the Augustine Project to begin seeking to meet the immediate needs of the south-side of Binghamton, specifically the neighborhood surrounding our new location at 356 Conklin Avenue, in very practical ways (such as feeding the poor), as well as foster discussion that will lead toward community awareness of the issues which the Augustine Project seeks to highlight.
It is the long-term goal of the Augustine Project to establish ongoing social outreach and resource programs and missions on the south-side that will continue to meet the area’s needs.
Currently, we are in the “fact finding” and relationship building phase. We want to know more about our neighbors so that we can know how best we can serve.
